Assistant, Associate, Full Clinical Professor, Family Nurse Practitioner Clinical Track

AUBURN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF NURSING Assistant/Associate/Full Clinical Professor Family Nurse Practitioner Clinical Track Position The College of Nursing at Auburn University, located in Auburn, Alabama, invites Family Nurse Practitioners to join our faculty in the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP) Program.

We have an opening for a full-time, 12-month, clinical track position to begin immediately. The primary area of teaching will be in the MSN Program/PCNP track.   Minimum Qualifications: Requires a doctorate in nursing or a relevant discipline (DNP, PhD, or EdD), current Family Nurse Practitioner certification, current clinical skills, and eligibility for, or possession of, an unencumbered Alabama RN license at the time of employment. Must be in or able to establish a collaborative practice in a primary care or family practice setting.

Desired Qualifications: 3-5 years of NP practice in a primary care or family practice setting and current graduate teaching experience in an accredited family or primary care nurse practitioner program is desired.   All candidates must meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposed term of the employment. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
