Real Estate Specialist III or IV
Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) - Grand
Junction Position will be filled at selected candidate's skill/experience level. Right of Way Specialty Unit, Acquisition Agent. Review project plans, interpret title commitments and
appraisals, negotiate with property owners to acquire real
property interests, provide relocation assistance as needed,
prepare closing documents and post-closing, conclude
transactions. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Minimum qualifications are listed in the posting. Salary Range: Real Estate Spec III: $4,117-$6,026 OR
Real Estate Spec IV: $5,115-$7,487
