Office Manager
We are seeking a Full-Time Office Manager. Must be able to multi-task,
be highly motivated, self-starting and able to work with little to no
supervision. Duties include answering multi phone line, greeting
customers, HR Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Service Billing/Warranty,
balance detail journal daily, deposits, file sales and use tax
monthly, processing incoming mail, maintaining office supply
inventory, planning company events, certification for "Drugs Don't
Work."
Some additional Job Duties May Include: Maintains office services by
organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll;
controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and
approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical
functions. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office
systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Designs and implements
office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring
results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
