Job Summary:
We are seeking a focused and energetic team player to help manage grants within the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving (RCI) at Georgia Southwestern State University. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with GSW Foundation and GSW University staff, this key staff member will help help manage a grants and contracts portfolio for the Institute. S/he will actively track grant performance and results and oversee grant reporting. As a focal point for coordinating team activity, the Grants Coordinator will seek input and feedback from the Foundation and University colleagues, in order to support communication and continuous improvement of team performance.
This is a grant-funded position. Employment is contingent upon continuation of funding.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience working for a foundation or non-profit entity.
Bachelor's degree required; masters degree desired.
Experience working on health, social services, or aging issues is strongly desired.
