Administrative Support Specialist
The Mission of this role is to Restore Lives by administratively supporting the field staff while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service for both internal and external customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
Develop knowledge and skillset to full utilize the internal job management and accounting software. Accurately enter all data and updates for jobs for on time completion. Foster a team working environment.
Exceptional Organization and Detailed Oriented: The ability to organize multiple and complex priorities while continuing to focus on the important details of a task. Personal Accountability: Takes responsibility for own work and provides support to the team in accomplishing their work.
