Position Summary

  • Coaches students in career and life design in individual and group settings.
  • Leads a career community focused on a specific industry (Law, Policy & Social Good) working with students, initiating, and supporting programming and events, managing related outreach to students, student clubs, employers and alums.
  • Design and support career and life design/ DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Liaise with related campus partners and support the objectives and activities of the Career & Life Design Center.

 

Qualifications

Required: 1-3 years’ work experience, bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Social Work, Business or field relevant to the career community of focus.

 

Preferred: 1-3 years’ work experience, Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling or related field. (Career Coaching or Counseling Certificate IFC,BCC, CSSP), Career Assessments Certificate (StrengthFinder, MBTI)
